The day I placed my order, I was contacted via phone to verify that I was indeed the person who placed the order. I received confirmation emails and another phone call to verify that I had received my package. When I opened the boxes I was amazed. These bags are not replicas...they are the real thing. I really love my bag, but unfortunately the gold on the strap has been peeling since day one when I got it. I wasn't too sure about the gold strap but I took a chance anyway and now I wish I would have choosen another bag.
