Return Policy Return Policy

We do offer a generous return policy at luxurysupplier.com if our customers are not satisfied with the quality of their product. We have a few guidelines that all customers must abide by in order to process their return. Keep in mind, we only offer exchanges and do not offer customers refunds. The following steps must be followed in order to fulfill your return.

1. All returns must be alerted to Luxurysupplier.com within two weeks of receiving the item in the mail. It is acceptable to notify us by e-mail (customer_service#luxurysupplier.com) or you may call us. All handbags must come back to our company in the original state of the initial shipment. The products must be unused and in the same packaging as they were when they left luxurysupplier.com

3. A restocking fee will be initiated if the product is returned for a simple exchange and not due to a quality issue. Please not the restocking fee for handbags is 30 US and wallets are 10 USD, we are firm on our restocking charge.

4. Luxurysupplier.com will compensate customers for the return shipping cost and replace the defective product, however we will not reimburse any shipping due to lack of interest in the product you have ordered we will however replace it.

Defective Handbags

Our company requires that you take a photograph of the mentioned quality issues and e-mail them to one of our trusted customer representatives. This procedure helps to insure luxurysupplier.com that the defect was indeed present when you received the bag. Once our returns department has reviewed the item and approved the exchange due to defects, we will supply you with a Return Merchandise Agreement or an RMA number; all products must have an RMA number. If there are returns that do not show an RMA number, we are unable to accept them. Customers will be reimbursed for the return shipping costs and the product; all of the above procedures are taken. We strive ourselves on the quality of our products. If a rare occasion occurs that our products arrive with a defect, we want you to contact us immediately so that we may replace the product as soon as possible.

Returning your Product

Please follow the following steps to make your return process run as smooth as possible.

1. E-mail customer_service#luxurysupplier.com within the two weeks of receiving the product and we will note the date as soon as we receive the product.

2. Please include the following information on this e-mail, your full name, address, PIN number that was provided to you upon notifying us of your return, the arrival date, and what items are being returned/exchanged.

3. The customer s service department will e-mail you an RMA. Keep in mind, this number will need to be stored in a safe place, because it will be used on anything regarding your return.

4. After you receive your RMA, send back any merchandise in its original packaging with this RMA number included, again we must have this RMA number to process returns.

5. Customers are required to proved luxurysupplier.com with a tracking number, upon returning items.

6. Once we have mailed your exchange, we will again send you a return tracking number, so that you may track your package accordingly.

PLEASE BE ADVISED

Luxurysupplier.com does not offer returns. Customers who think that canceling a credit card is the answer to a cash refund will be charged a fee of 50 USD for the processing of the return.
